Q345 steel can be used in hot rolling or normalizing state, and can be used in various structures in cold regions below - 40 ℃.

Through special equipment and automatic welding process, high-hardness self-shielding alloy welding wire is uniformly welded on the substrate, and the number of composite layers is one to two or even multiple layers. Q235 steel plate thickness≤16mm, yield strength is 235MPA; 16mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤40mm, yield strength is 225MPA; 40mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤60mm, yield strength is 215MPA; 60mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤100mm, yield strength is 205MPA; 100mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤150mm, yield strength is 195MPA; 150mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤200mm, yield strength is 185MPA.

Hot rolled plates are known for their superior mechanical properties over commodity grades of merchant bar. The hot rolled HARDOX 400 thickness range plates products are made to specific chemistry and mechanical properties ranges, allowing them to be used in engineered applications. Resulting shafts, axles, and gears can be used in the automotive HARDOX 400 thickness range industry and agriculture equipment. A36 mild steel has good strength, formability, and excellent welding properties. We also can supply welding, fabricating, and bending service.
