EX works quote carbon content of NM400
Our company was founded in 2000, which initially committed to providing high-quality steel carbon content of NM400 products for China's rapid infrastructure construction. With the advantages of steel resources and good reputation in the domestic market, combined with the huge demand for steel in the international market, we began to export carbon content of NM400 steel to the international market, opening up the international steel market.
Using advanced logistics management, advanced models and management experience to increase the reliability of logistics operations and provide customers with 24/7 cargo management. On the premise of reducing transportation and management costs as much as possible, we provide customers with high-quality and efficient services; good business reputation has been recognized and supported by our customers.
Rolling steel is the process of pressing to change the shape of the ingot and billet between the rotating rolls. The so-called steel rolling process is a combination of a series of steel rolling processes. The entire rolling production process is always composed of the following carbon content of NM400 basic processes: ① billet preparation:Including the cleaning of surface defects, the removal of surface scale and the pre-heat treatment of billets. ② billet heating ③ steel rolling: it is the core of the entire rolling production process. ④ Finishing.
With the fast development in Myanmar, Myanmar navy build frigate every year. Bebon Cooperate with Myanmar Navy from from 2015. They purchased 412 ton carbon content of NM400 LR AH36 steel plate from Bebon as trial order in 2015. After receiving the goods, they speak highly of the quality and bebon's service. After that they purchase the shipbuilding steel plate from bebon regularly. In May,2018, the Myanmar navy's local representative visit our office and production line, and sign another contract 2025 tons carbon content of NM400 LR A shipbuilding steel plates order in our office.
The chemical composition difference between carbon content of NM400, Q235B and 20# steel is as follows: The chemical composition of 20# steel: C: 0.17-0.23%, Si: 0.17-0.37%, Mn: 0.35-0.65%, Cr: ≤ 0.25%, Ni: ≤ 0.30%, Cu: ≤ 0.25%. Chemical composition of Q235B steel: C: ≤ 0.20%, Si: ≤ 0.35%, Mn: ≤ 1.40%, P: ≤ 0.045%, S: ≤ 0.045%. The difference of mechanical properties between carbon content of NM400, Q235B and 20# steel is as follows: The mechanical properties of 20# steel: tensile strength 410 MPa; yield strength 245 MPa; elongation after fracture: 25; reduction of area: 55; no impact. Q235B steel mechanical properties: tensile strength 370-500 Mpa; yield strength: ≥ 235 Mpa; elongation after fracture: 25; impact absorption energy: 27J.
