Machining of HARDOX 400 material hardness, wear resistant steel plate: wear resistant steel plate has good cutting and shearing properties. During machining, the cutting tools and feeding speed should be used reasonably according to the hardness of steel plate. Common tools are made of high speed steel or cemented carbide steel, and carbide surface tools are required for grinding. Wear resistant steel plate can be welded to structural steel by arc welding.

In 2014, we offered 175 ton Cold rolled stainless steel plate to Thailand. The HARDOX 400 material hardness products are from TISCO. Here is the MTC that we offered to customer. We have our own quality team. Our quality team will inspect every order before shipment for customer. Normally, we will test the chemical composition, thickness, width, and length. The carbon content of HARDOX 400 material hardness, medium carbon steel plate is 0.25% - 0.60%. In addition to carbon, it can also contain a small amount of manganese (0.70% - 1.20%). The medium carbon steel plate after quenching and tempering has good comprehensive mechanical properties. The highest hardness is about HRC55 (hb538) and σ B is 600-1100mpa.
