"The production method of seamless steel pipe can be roughly divided into cross rolling method (menesmann method) and extrusion method. NM400 steel properties, GB 11251 is for 40Cr structural steel plate with thickness range of 4-30mm. The tensile strength of 40Cr structural steel plate is 550-800Mpa. And its min. Elongation is 16%.
